Your IP. Your Data.
Our Standards.
Myth Labs is an AI production studio. We use generative AI tools alongside traditional animation, design, and compositing. This page explains how we protect your intellectual property, handle your data, maintain creative oversight, and draw ethical boundaries.
Trusted by leading global brands

Our Commitments
Six pillars that govern every project we take on.
Full IP Ownership
Clients receive full, perpetual, worldwide usage rights to all deliverables. No residual licence, no royalty, no restriction. Where generative AI tools are involved, we ensure outputs are cleared for commercial use and track which tools were used across every project.
Tool & Model Transparency
Every project includes documentation of the AI tools and workflows used. We select tools based on what is best suited to each brief — and we disclose everything. If your organisation maintains an approved models list, we work exclusively within it. For localisation work we run our proprietary Agent Myth AdLocalise pipeline.
Client Asset Protection
Client assets are never uploaded to public platforms or shared training environments. We operate through enterprise or API-tier access with contractual guarantees that inputs are not used for model training. Materials are handled on a project basis and not retained beyond the agreed archival period.
Human Oversight
Every output is reviewed, refined, and approved by a human creative before it reaches you. AI-generated elements are treated as raw material — composited, colour graded, edited, and art directed by our team. Client review and approval gates operate as they would on any traditional production.
Voice, Likeness & Consent
We only generate synthetic voice or likeness with explicit, documented consent or using fully licensed stock voices and characters. We do not produce deepfakes or impersonations without consent. Where voice cloning is involved, consent and usage scope are agreed in writing before production begins.
Brand Safety & Content Standards
We will not produce content designed to mislead, deceive, or manipulate. This includes misinformation, politically deceptive content, and material that would require disclosure as AI-generated under emerging regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
When AI Is Not the Right Tool
Not every brief benefits from AI production, and we will tell you when that is the case. Myth Labs exists within a broader studio, Myth Studio, that has been producing high-end animation and motion design for broadcast clients for years. We are not ideological about the tools — we are interested in the best outcome for the work.
